From time to time, we at The Queen's Head, like to host an event or do a themed few days, depending on current affairs or holidays. During those days, our bakery will offer a different range next to the classic bakes and our lunch menu will reflect the theme. In short, a great way to enjoy something different in the same cosy atmosphere we always offer.
Dinner with the Queen
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II hosted many state dinners during her 70 year reign. Every now and then, we open for one night only and offer a dinner, based on the actual recipes used at state dinners. It's a culinary journey through 70 extraordinary years of history: discover the tastes of bygone years, recreated by Chef Brent Reper. Truly an evening where history meets food.
Danish weekend
Celebrating Europe's last reigning queen, on the eve of her abdication: come and enjoy our Danish lunch menu or discover the joys of the Danish baking tradition: from dreamcake to Danish honey cake and Danish cinnamon rolls.
